Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Service Center of Denton

Staff was friendly however they didn’t share the major price increases before starting oil change. There were no signs anywhere with increase. Have been going there for over a year and paid at least 50. 00 more than I did before. Would have been nice of them to share increase before starting on my car!

I was told there would be a one hour wait to get my oil changed. After two hours, they took my car back, they changed the oil, and informed me the transmission and radiator fluid needed to be changed as well. I was told it would take about thirty five minutes. An hour later, I was finally able to pay and leave. I was in the Kwik Kar for over 3 hours after being given a one hour estimate. Valeria, however, was wonderful to talk to during my wait.

Just stopped in for my first visit. I was immediately greeted in the parking lot by Travis, who was extremely friendly. Got an oil change, which Travis communicated the cost of everything beforehand. They were super quick, even though they had a full house. Wasn’t upsold on any unnecessary stuff. Just friendly, honest, and quick service. Will definitely be coming back here because of the customer service Travis gave.

They are and have been awesome. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable, stays up to date with multi-car line maintenance. Finds discounts/coupons when available. Shows me issues and any soon-too-be issues under the hood if present. I find them to be a very trustworthy establishment and will continue to patronize them. They also honored my vet status.

After contacting Kwik Kar, they confirmed I could come in for an emissions test for our 2024 Cadillac and so happy at how quickly they approached me and helped me with my request. I was in an out with 15 minutes and the young lady at the desk was very polite and friendly. I have already told 4 people about your service and hope they will come visit soon. My husband plans to make a visit as he was so happy that I was pleased with such great service! Thank you! Gracias! Merci Bouque!
